🔄 Returns & Exchanges— Bliss Aura

Return Request Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
For items with manufacturing defects, the request period extends to 30 days after delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components cannot be accepted for return.

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product or shipping error, Bliss Aura will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is received and inspected for processing.

Because our products are designed for personal comfort and wellness, we’re unable to accept returns of items that have been worn or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
