🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return Request Period

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • For items with manufacturing defects, the request period is 30 days after delivery.

Product Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing components will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, Bliss Aura will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • Processing time: up to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
